Purpose
ADELANTE
is a
forward-thinking,
multi-cultural Latino/Hispanic professional organization that
seeks to make a significant contribution in the development of a
diverse, inclusive culture in PepsiCo, Frito-Lay, and QTG.
Mission
ADELANTE’s mission is
to leverage the knowledge and the creativity of
the
Latino/Hispanic community within Frito-Lay to accelerate growth
opportunities for all associates and to provide a competitive
advantage for Frito-Lay in an increasingly diverse marketplace.
